Momentum Media Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a service business based in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect through this website and our text messaging programs, why we collect it, and what we do — and don’t do — with it.
The short version: we never sell your information, and we never share your phone number or personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Not for any price, not in any form.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us and only what we need to do the work:
- Contact and business details — your name, phone number, email address, business name, and other business details you submit through our forms (for example, the contact form or when you book a call).
- Message content — the content of text conversations you have with us or with a messaging program we operate, so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
- Service details — information you share so we can do the job, such as a service address or a description of a problem.
This website does not use advertising trackers. If we use basic visit statistics, they are aggregate numbers that do not identify you.
How we use it
- To respond when you contact us and to deliver the services you’ve asked for.
- To schedule and manage appointments and demo calls.
- To send text messages you have opted in to receive (see the SMS section below).
- To keep required business records, such as invoices.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your phone number only to send the messages you signed up for. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately.
- Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
Phone numbers and opt-in information collected for text messaging are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for their marketing purposes. Message content is shared only with the carriers and messaging providers who technically deliver the messages, and only for the purpose of delivering them.

What we share, and with whom
We share personal information only in these narrow cases:
- Service delivery — with providers who process it on our behalf to deliver our services (for example, the carriers that deliver a text message or the scheduling tool that books a call). They may use it only to provide that service to us.
- Legal requirements — if a valid legal process requires it.
That is the whole list. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising or marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information and message records for as long as we have an active business relationship with you, plus whatever period business and tax records legally require. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where a record must be kept by law.
Your choices
- Text STOP to end any messaging program at any time.
- Email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
